All Stitch Studio products are made-to-order and carefully embroidered based on your chosen design.
Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is shipped. Lead time may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we always aim to complete your pieces as soon as possible without compromising quality.
Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
