Production & Processing Time
All Stitch Studio items are made-to-order and customized.
Please allow 3–5 working days for production after your order is placed.
During peak periods or bulk orders, production time may slightly extend.
Orders will only proceed once full details (name/design/customization) are confirmed.
Shipping
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via our partner courier.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 working days
- Provincial areas: 3–5 working days
Shipping timelines may vary depending on courier operations and external factors beyond our control.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Spelling or customization errors submitted by the customer
We strongly advise customers to review all order details before confirming.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect based on your confirmed order
Please email us at stitch.studioph@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Your order details
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are not allowed once the order has entered production.
If you need to request a change, please message us immediately via Instagram @stitchstudioph after placing your order. Please not that Approval is not guaranteed.
